A Creative Approach to Jungian Analysis and Psychotherapy
“Our psyche is part of nature, and its enigma is as limitless.”

Life’s challenges can also become invitations to deeper understanding. Psychotherapy can provide a thoughtful and supportive space to explore your inner life, work through difficulty, and discover new pathways toward meaning, connection, and growth.
I offer Jungian analysis and depth psychotherapy for adults and couples seeking meaningful change, emotional healing, and a deeper connection to their inner life. My work supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other mental health concerns — as well as the search for purpose and authenticity.
At the heart of my practice is the creation of a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what is most essential for your growth. Together, we explore the roots of emotional suffering while also cultivating resilience, creativity, and a more meaningful relationship with yourself and your life.
My approach is holistic and depth-oriented — addressing painful symptoms while supporting the unfolding of your unique psychological and creative potential.
I am a Certified Jungian Analyst and a California Licensed Psychologist (PSY13691), and an analyst member of the C. G. Jung Institute of San Francisco. I am also a Registered Expressive Arts and Music Therapist with forty years of clinical experience in the mental health field.
In addition to my clinical practice, I am a consultant and teacher in the analytic training program at the C. G. Jung Institute of San Francisco and provide consultation for licensed therapists seeking Jungian and depth-oriented guidance in their work.

In addition to our thoughtful dialogue, we may engage with dreamwork, somatic practices, and Jungian active imagination — depending on your interests and therapeutic goals. Jungian analysis and depth psychotherapy invite us to listen deeply to the language of the psyche — through feeling, image, sensation, and meaning.
Whether you are seeking individual psychotherapy or couples therapy, the therapeutic process invites a deeper listening to the psyche as it reveals itself through experience, relationship, and reflection. I seek to meet you where you are and support your movement toward a more meaningful, creative, and fulfilling life.
I invite you to contact me to arrange a preliminary phone consultation, where we can discuss your needs and I can answer any questions you may have.
