I offer Jungian analysis and depth psychotherapy for individuals and couples seeking healing, transformation, and meaning. I find it essential to first provide a safe, non-judgmental and collaborative space to explore your inner life and address emotional challenges. My approach can help you uncover the roots of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. I bring a holistic approach that works to reduce painful symptoms while building on your strengths, and fostering resilience, creativity, and a deeper sense of purpose.
I am a Jungian Analyst and a Licensed Psychologist (lic # PSY13691) with over thirty years of experience. I am also a Registered Expressive Arts and Music Therapist, and an analyst member of the C. G. Jung Institute of San Francisco. I work with clients of diverse backgrounds in both short term and long-term therapy. I also serve as a consultant and supervisor for licensed therapists.
