A CREATIVE APPROACH TO PSYCHOTHERAPY AND JUNGIAN ANALYSIS

"Our psyche is part of nature, and its enigma is as limitless." C. G. Jung

Welcome to my Website.

I offer depth-oriented psychotherapy and Jungian analysis for individuals and couples seeking healing, transformation, and meaning. I find it essential to first provide a safe, non-judgmental and collaborative space  to explore your inner life and address emotional challenges. My approach can help you uncover the roots of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. I bring a holistic approach that works to reduce painful symptoms while building on your strengths, fostering resilience, creativity, and a deeper sense of purpose.

I am a  licensed clinical psychologist (lic # PSY13691) and a certified Jungian analyst with over thirty years of experience.  I am also a registered expressive arts and music therapist, and an analyst member of the C. G. Jung Institute of San Francisco. I work with clients of diverse backgrounds in both short term and long-term therapy. I also serve as a consultant and supervisor for therapists and trainees.

My training is in Jungian analysis, psychoanalytic and relational psychotherapy; transpersonal and somatic psychology; somatic experiencing and mindfulness practice; authentic movement; sandplay,  music and expressive arts therapy,

I specialize in helping clients navigate a wide range of life challenges that can arise throughout one's lifespan. The areas of focus in my practice are:

  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Breaking Repetitive Emotional and Behavioral Patterns
  • Exploring Family Dynamics and Intergenerational Healing
  • Substance Abuse and Other Addictions
  • Navigating Relationship Challenges and Conflict Resolution
  • Healing Childhood and Adult Trauma
  • Grief, Bereavement, and Loss Integration
  • Aging, Death and End-of-Life Transitions

In addition to our verbal conversation, we may engage with dreams, body-based and imaginal  practices, depending on your interests and therapeutic goals. My aim is to meet you where you are and support your journey toward a more fulfilling, creative, and meaningful life.

I invite you to contact me and arrange a preliminary phone consultation to talk a bit as the way for us to discuss your needs and for me to answer any questions you have.
